If you have trouble receiving email or mobile notifications, we request you to check the following


  • Check whether email/mobile notifications are enabled? To verify this, login to you cOutsource account, go to Profile->View Profile-> Account Setting section, check whether Email Notification/Mobile notification is ticked.

  • Check whether the mails are filtered into the Spam folder. If yes, please change your emails settings to include mails from cOutsource to the no-spam list.
