What happens once I submit my project?

Once you submit a project, cOutsource management reviews the project
and approves it.
The project is then made available for the
project managers’ to review. At this stage, project managers may initiate
discussions with you to gather more details on the project requirements. Once
the project managers have collated the required data, they prepare project
proposals including cost estimates. They submit proposals through cOutsource for you to review.
While you review the proposals, you can have
discussions with the managers to agree upon the terms and conditions related to
milestones. Out of the many proposals you may receive, you can accept a
proposal of your choice.
The project manager whose proposal is accepted
begins to put together his or her team by sourcing freelancers from our fast growing network. Once the team is formed, the project manager will confirm the team. You will be notified of this confirmation at which point the work begins.
